To be in an international flight is pretty cool!! Great food and beverages, cool movies to watch and great music to listen! The Lufthansa’s aircraft departured while I was listening to Led Zeppelin’s The Song Remains the Same…ain’t that cool? But the coolest thing was that the flight have had no turbulences. It was a tiring but enjoyable flight, thank God!!

Coming Up!!
Def Leppard / Mötley Crüe - Wembley Arena, UK - Dec 14, 2011
Yeah, two of the greatest Hard Rock bands of the world reunited: Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe! This is the main reason that I anticipated my trip to London for this December. These two bands were in my wish list and now I have the opportunity to see them live for the first time!

Marillion Christimas Tour 2011 - Birmingham, UK
December 13th, 2011
Well, this will be my first concert outside Brazil. I saw Marillion in Rio in 1990. It was their first tour with Steve Hogarth, who replaced the charismatic singer Fish. This show is gonna be held at HMV Institute in Birmingham, a venue with a 1500 people capacity. I'm waiting for an almost intimate atmosphere and it will be great to see this show along with one of the most loyal fanbases of rock.

Whitesnake and Judas Priest @ Citibank Hall, Rio de Janeiro
Whitesnake @ Citibank Hall, Rio de Janeiro - Sep 11, 2011
It was my second experience with both bands. I saw Priest at Rock in Rio in 1991, and Whitesnake in 2008. I can say that Whitesnake is one of my favorite bands (Top 5) and I was really excited to see them again 'cause they released a great album and certainly would put a great show, despite of being an opening act, with a 75 minutes set. On other hand, I'm not a Priest maniac, if I could rank them, I would say that they will be out of my Top 40, but it's an honest band, with a solid catalogue and foremost, this is their last tour, so it was great excuse to see them live.

Sting - Live In Rio - 1987
Where: Maracanã Stadium, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
When: November 20, 1987
Band:
Sting: Vocals, Guitar,
Steve Coleman: Saxophone
Kenny Kirkland: Keyboards
Delmar Brown: Keyboards
Jeff Lee Campbell: Lead guitar
Tracy Ann Wornworth: Bass guitar
Mino Cinelu: Percussion
Marvin Smith: Drums
Dolette McDonald: Backing vocals
I was 14 years old and this was my first concert...What a great start! It was a sold out show at Maracana Stadium, but I confess that Sting was not one of my favorite artists. My older sister is a The Police fan, and I went to the show to follow her and, of course, to participate in an event with huge proportions.
